Blogging is not my big idea to make millions. If you’re asking, “Can I make millions blogging?” Well…that’s a million dollar question.
Take the time to read an earlier post, I wrote, “Quit Blogging, and Make Millions”. Plus, if you’ve done any research, you’ll see that anyone who’s been blogging for any length of time, knows blogging is probably not the easiest way to make enough income to quit their day job. Most of the “six figure” bloggers have been blogging for years, and, if you read their blogs, it took them quite some time before they were even making “five figures”. Hardly a good investment of your time, if you’re serious about making millions. I’ve yet to hear about “seven figure” bloggers.
But…..I did find a site that may have a million dollar idea (or two).
Recently, I received a comment on one of my posts, from a new website. They are new to the blogging community, however, they’ve come up with an ingenious idea. They post ideas online, of how to possibly make money, by starting a new business. These are business adventures they’ve considered, but due to extenuating circumstances, vetoed the idea for themselves. Now, they are sharing these ideas with the world.
I’ve visited their site, and their ideas are well thought out. All it would take, is the right person, with the right credentials, and a business could develop. It doesn’t get much easier than that.
The name of the website is “Before They Hatch”. (You’ll also find them listed in my “Blogging Buddies”.)
To quote “Before They Hatch”,
BeforeTheyHatch blogs on not-yet-pursued new business ideas and practical small business tips. In our transition from corporate to start-up, we have brainstormed more than 100 new ideas. We decided to blog all the ones we do not pursue, because we can not handle so many (so believe me, there are still good ones). Also to help colleagues in transition, we would like to share all the practical tips we are learning on our way.
This is a site definitely worth checking out, and/or visiting often, as they post new ideas on a weekly basis.
Oftentimes, an idea suggested by others, sparks motivation, to take that first step.
So, if you’re looking for a way to “quit your day job”, keep an eye on “Before They Hatch”. You may find a great idea on their site that will inspire you to “go for it”, and become the next millionaire.
