Great Tips!  I am finding the &quot;putting on the pounds&quot; part to be very true lol and I&#039;d definitely agree with striving for balance between alone time and social activities.  I know striving for that balance helps to be more productive with both.

I perfectly agree with being honest and positive mood when writing and publishing. because we are not only publishing our writing but also the energy through it. Writing with positive mood implies that writer him/herself is part of reader, which makes great difference!
