If I remember right, it was over six months before my page rank hit one. I THINK Google refreshes page rank quarterly (but I'm not positive) Personally I don't think do follow and/or no follow make a difference with page rank. Personally I don’t think do follow and/or no follow make a difference with page rank. I could be wrong, but I haven’t seen anything that makes either option look better (to the search engines)

But who knows the some ingredients that are known to us are true or not. Or it might be just a rumor.
