I walk away from it for a while. Reading it out loud and asking myself what exactly are you trying to say here. Clearing your head them asking yourself some questions. Then deleting it later helps you feel you are doing something! Which keeps the momentum up. For my blog writing, going for a walk or having a lie down or a shower are what help - I guess for this kind or writing I just need the inspiration and then I'm off!
