3050634141_a6c0e2532fAs I was reading the entries in the Blog Registry this blog jumped out at me. It reminded me of my first days of blogging. Remember those days? Days when you just wrote to that imaginary audience, knowing one day they would show up?

To quote this blogger, on January 28, 2009, she wrote,

My blog is very new. So new, in fact, I have less than 20 posts. :)

On my blog,…..I share the life of a Mom who is a Home Manager, with 4 tots ages 7 and under ( 3 of those in 3 years. . . ).

I share mishaps, trials, funny things that kids say and the story behind it, and encouragement for all the other weary mamas out there, whether they stay at home or not.

I started this blog to share encouragement that I may find in a book or online or in person that other moms might find encouraging as well. Inspiration to help spur on a tired super Mommy, and I’m sure stuff that is just pure entertainment for others whose life is just, well, less harry.. . lol.

I hope to see you there!

When I visited her blog, I landed on an excellent post about home schooling and why they chose that route.

I also found her Thankful Thurday posts, and heard the beautiful music she selected for her readers to listen to as they peruse her site.

Please join me in welcoming Sarah of “Awaiting The Crown”.

If you don’t have time to visit her site, or a mommy blog is not your cup of tea, consider showing her some Twitter love.

In the meantime,

Welcome Sarah!

Enjoy your reign as New Blogger Of The Week

  9. I read Sarah’s post on home-educating with a bit of nostalgia. I wasn’t home-schooled, and yet in many important ways I was, as I wrote in a comment to her.

Thanks for making her known here. (I’m following her on Twitter, and tweeted that post for others to read as well.)

Hello Barbara, you never cease to touch me with the amazing spirit you have. It’s obvious that you’ve got a wonderfully kind heart. Your willingness to feature and assist new bloggers is inspiring!
