Up to 20 cartridges a month - can be returned all in one day. $3.00 a cartridge on your rewards card. However, you must spend $60 a month already at Office Depot to receive your full rewards. I haven't turned any cartridges in recently, but did enjoy getting an instant credit off of my purchase. I'm going to check at Office Max too, as that's where I go for most of my office supplies. I did not get a $3 gift certificate, but a coupon for a percentage off if I spent $75. You may want to check this out and see if I was correct. Maybe they will eventually send me a gift certificate, when I reach a certain amount.
