Scott, thanks for sharing your story of recovery. Congratulations on your one year anniversary. I had ten years in Al-Anon and just went back in March of 2007 with a friend who was new to being divorced from an alcoholic and didn’t want to repeat her mistakes by attracting another alcoholic. She asked me to go to meetings with her. I am going to send her to your blog. In order to understand myself as an Adult Child of an Alcoholic, I went to open Alcoholics Anonymous meetings to discovery who I was.
