Hi Barb – That is so pretty. Happy Holidays to you too. I haven’t been using Twitter much lately and knowing you will be there has given me a good enough reason to get on there and catch up. Hey remember when the old days, when we actually had time to do “old fashioned” email :)

I hope you have a wonderful break. But I am dying to know how you’re getting on with your new project and when you will be launching.

    • Barbara SwaffordNo Gravatar says:

      Thank you Catherine,

Yes, I remember the good ‘ole days with emails instead of Twitter and/or Facebook. *sigh*.

As for the new project. I hope to work on it during my break and get closer to the unveiling. Crossing fingers :)

  26. Barbara, I loved the poem you wrote and the message you’re sending. I just told a friend today that I was considering this week and next a sort of “blog vacation.” If I get a new post published, great. If not, I’m not going to sweat it. I need some time away to decompress from work and to refresh for blogging in the new year.

Enjoy your holidays, Barbara!! And thank you for all you do here on your blog. It’s so helpful and insightful.

What a wonderful message, Barbara, and so very pretty, too! LOVE the sparkles! :) Enjoy your break this holiday season, have fun with loved ones, rest some, and soak up all kinds of warmth of spirit and hearth. I hope it’s a particularly blessed time for you.
Except for Facebook (can’t seem to leave it alone), I’ve also relaxed my online presence and had even considered a two- or three-week hiatus (could I actually manage to DO that?) while really digging into writing. Knowing others will be on break, too, makes it easier, like I’m not missing out on the party. 😉
