I have a relatively new blog (no comments as of yet), and this post has really taught me to just keep trying to create my best content no matter what.

I have been so involved in trying to get the look of my site perfect when I really should be focused more on the content.

Thank You.

LaMystique´s last blog post..Do You Have a Big “But”?

To all who joined in and/or read this post,

Thank you so much for giving Stacey such a warm welcome. The topic of doing more things badly was a great reminder we don't have to be perfect, but we get better with practice.

To Kevin, Gini and Stacey Shipman - Welcome to the BWAB community. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I hope to see you here again soon.

Again, thank you all.

With my blog I've never had any problem being imperfect, but with other areas of my life perfectionism creeps in and messes things up.

When I first moved to Spain, I resisted learning Spanish because I couldn't do it perfectly. With my fiction writing I resist putting words on paper because I don't want to mess up the perfect idea that I have in my head.

So with both, I push myself to just do it and go with good enough (at least the first time around).
