Using WordPress for your blog, makes setting up a blog, posting and publishing easy.

Today’s Lesson

After you’ve been blogging for awhile, you may want to change your theme, add HTML code, or additional plugins to your blog.

Finding the best source for technical information on WordPress, is right at your fingertips. You can first search my site, and see if I have addressed the issue. My search bar is at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

If I have not blogged about the topic, the WordPress website is just a click away.

At WordPress Codex, all you need to do, is do a search for what you’re looking for, and most likely you’ll find the answer.

You can also post a question on the forum, and wait for an answer.

Another great source for information on WordPress is Lorelle’ site at Lorelle.wordpress.com

Millions of bloggers use WordPress, so if you’re not finding the answer you’re looking for, do a search, including “WordPress” in your search, and you may find a blog that answers your question.

Today’s Assignment

Some great tools and ideas on WordPress.

Have you noticed a stagnation on blogging and comments over the last week? Or is it just me?

Personally, I’ve just given up smoking and I’m rationing my PC time for a while as I adjust – and the PC was where alot of my habit was practiced!

I realise my blog posting has dlowed, but I’ve still been visiting other blogs. But I’ve noticed that people aren’t commenting?

    Is it just my paranoia?

In the UK, it’s just started getting colder. Is that it?

Or is there an international slow down on blogging comments?

Suspect it’s just me thinking everyone’s gone quiet because I have at the moment!

    Hi Ian,

Glad you liked the ideas for WordPress.

I have noticed a slow down as well…could be people preparing for the upcoming holidays, as I know that’s adding more to my plate.

My stats (not comments) on my other blog are up, but I’ve been posting more articles on “current issues” per se.

This blog’s stats/comments are lower, but I’m not dwelling on it, and just try to stay with my posting schedule.

BTW: Good luck with quitting smoking. That can’t be easy.
