It’s okay that you left a comment on the wrong post, but you do bring up a good point about leaving a comment, not realizing it’s controversial.

Barbara: I wouldn’t write a controversial post on purpose just to get a reaction, but if there’s something I think needs to be said, I would, even if it means departing from the norm. Whenever you do or say something different you have to be willing to put up with the comments of those who don’t agree with you. That being said, you can disagree with a post without telling the writer to “go die”. Sometimes you don’t even realize that what you wrote is controversial until you start reading the comments.
