You're welcome Janice,

Again I must say "thank you" for allowing me to share your wise words. As you saw from the comments, they touched everyone deeply. THAT, my friend, is a sign of a great writer.

I pray things are looking up in your life. In the meantime, take care of yourself. We'll be here waiting when you're ready to resume blogging. :)

Oh, Barbara...what can I say!! As you know, I've been offline - truly offline - and haven't read emails or my favourite blogs for weeks. I hadn't realised you'd done something so generous and uplifting with those words you asked for permission to use. You've managed do do exactly what I urged folk to do; I'm trying to type this with tears streaming down my face. Your post, the banner and all those comments from folk I've come to know and admire are an invite to my Best Self to come back out and play when I'm feeling restored and replenished; it's reminded me why I love sharing my writing on my blog and why I love the community spirit in the blogs I visit.

A lot's been going on here, as you know, but this is the second day in a row that I've logged on for a few disciplined, balanced hours and swept the cobwebs off my blog with no ill effects or back pain. What a precious homecoming gift for anyone to receive on their first wee wander to a friend's blog. Thank you, all from the soaring bits of my heart!
